Silly-bles
Silly-bles is the game where words become syllables of words. The clues are presented as pictures. The clues are combined to form the syllables of the answer.
The Silly-bles mobile app game is similar to other picture-word app games except instead of combining words to form compound words, Papoose combines words to form syllables or parts of the answer.
The game challenges the players to think laterally and determine the hidden answer within the two images provided per puzzle. Players must figure out what word each picture represents and then convert those words to syllables to form the answer.
Images do not always depict the same word clue in each puzzle. One puzzle might have an image stand for the word "bed," while a different puzzle might have the same picture clue stand for the word "sleep" or "mattress" or just a "z" somewhere in the word.
The game is set up so that players use the hints provided at the bottom of the screen to determine the best match for the given picture clues.
Answers currently cost five correct answers in order to reveal, making it less likely players will rely on the Answer button to reveal puzzles rather than solving them with logic and thinking skills.
Players earn points by entering the correct answer in the field provided, and then submitting their answer in the system.
A wifi connection is required in order to continuously play the app game since scores are updated in real time. Also, each refresh of the list of puzzles may increase should new puzzles be created that day. (App updates are not necessary to receive new puzzles in the app, only internet.)
If a player drops down to zero or below, their score is automatically reset after the game backs out to the Main Menu screen.
Purchasing answers with points deducts an additional ten points, which are then added back when the player submits the correct answer, which is automatically populated into the Answer field upon purchase.
Players can change their password or nickname using the Change button on the Login screen. Simply enter an email address into the Username field of the Login page, then click Change to view the Options screen.
